Each advance completes one simulated leg or pauses at a seeded fuel-price event. The driver can refuel using net pump-plus-detour cost or pass the opportunity. A previously filled tank will not chase cheap fuel when the detour costs more than it saves. PITT presents options; the driver decides. Nothing runs automatically.
